Branch joint social dialogue has been particularly active during the year 2015 in the branch of the Textile industry.

Nine branch joint meetings were held and were devoted to the following topics: •the joint meeting on minimum wages of branch.
•Six joint meetings on the revision of the Collective National Convention.
•A joint meeting on “The Joint Economic Commission”.

  • A meeting concerning professional classifications (implementation of the revision agreement signed in 2013)

These meetings led to the signing of the following agreements:

-Agreement of July 1, 2015, relative to the modification of the provisions of the Collective National Convention of the Textile industry on notice and conventional severance pay.

-Additional clause of October 15, 2015, to the agreement of July 1, 2015, relative to the modification of the provisions of the Collective National Convention of the Textile industry on notice and conventional severance pay.

-Agreement of December 2, 2015 relative to the rewriting of various articles of the Collective National Convention of the Textile industry.
The method of accounting for the financing of the social dialogue is based on:

-Time (number of hours X hourly loaded) by the UIT staff to prepare the joint meetings, attend and follow up.

-The reimbursement of the costs incurred by UIT on written proves (travel to attend joint meetings, meals expenses, meeting room rental expenses).

The total amount for the general interest mission committed to the title of article L. 2135-11 (1) is:

-Time spent by the UIT staff: €73.439
-Reimbursement of the costs incurred by UIT as part of the joint meetings: €11.088,73
